the optometrist
I went to the optometrist the other day
told him i was having trouble seeing things in the distance
he told me to look out of the window and tell him what i can see
"well I can see the sun"
"thats 72 million miles away
how bloody far do you need to see"

OK OK so i didnt go and check the science before i typed it smartass

Ian check the little clip at zero on your tabe measure. I think its slightly bent towards the one mark!

ok i got a new tape measure(read microsoft encarta) and the mean distance is 93 million miles from the earth but truly whats 21 million miles between friends
