LOGAN CITY COUNCIL
"Side and rear boundary clearances generally
If the maximum height of the outermost projection above the natural ground surface is:
- 4.5 metres or less, the side and rear boundary clearances must be not less than 1.5 metres; or
- greater than 4.5 metres but not exceeding 7.5 metres, the side and rear boundary clearances must be not less than 2 metres; or
- greater than 7.5 metres, the side and rear boundary clearances must be not less than 2 metres plus 0.5 of a metre for every 3 metres or part of 3 metres by which the height exceeds 7.5 metres.
