What type of timber is this
I am trying to find out what type of timber this is. It was from an older patio that was pulling down in mackay. i was thinking it maybe red ironbark.IMG_0874.jpgIMG_0878.jpgIMG_0879.jpgIMG_0881.jpgIMG_0896.jpgIMG_1158.jpg

Hi Wattsy,
If it is red ironbark it will be extremely dense 1120kg/m^3 (c.f crappy pine 540kg/m^3). If it is not that dense it may be Mackay cedar, which I think was widely used for patios and decks in the past.
