Square Nuts
I am looking for a supplier of square nuts for a CNC build. I need quite a few (>200), mostly M6. The approximate size of the nut is 16mm x 16mm. I have seen some on eBay for $1.95 each but I am hoping for somewhere I can get a qty discount. I have checked a few of my local bolt supply companies but no luck yet.

Is this to fit in aluminium profile / extrusion? (e.g. 8020 or similar).
AME AME System | Workstation systems for efficient workplaces have some that suit their extrusion.
I'm guessing the ebay store you've looked at is: CNC AND CUPCAKE WORLD?
They just seem to resell AME parts and huge mark up.

8020 in seven hills, nsw sell T-slot nuts. (8020.com.au)
Not square but suitable for the 30/40 Series profile, purchased some a few years back for 50c a piece, purchased M8 nuts but he should also sell M6, they're rectangle with rounded ends.
This supplier might also sell some suitable nuts, very cheap

I see that Ch4is has already pointed in in a good direction, but are you certain that you need the nuts to be square?
It is possible that you can get away with standard hex nuts that are 1/2 thickness so long as they are 16mm across the flats.Bob Willson
