    Default What is this tree?

    Hi All,

This low shrubby tree was found in a Sound barrier/Nature Strip on Phillip Island. I was wondering if anybody could help me identify it.
    The images are:

3 - Buds prior to bloom
    4 - Full bloom
    5 - After bloom
    6 - Germinating seeds
    8 - Tree
    9 - Leaves up close.

    Thank you

I didn't see the long cones covering the styles and stigma, but if that's not it I don't know what would be.
    Thank you Springwater.
