Public Service Transfers
I noticed a report in today's paper that two Deputy Secretaries are to be transferred from the Department of Immigation and Multiculturalism and Indigenous Affairs. One to the Department of Veterans' Affairs and the other to the Health Insurance Commission.
What does this say about the importance of Veterans to the Government?

It's called SNAFU (Situation Normal All Fouled Up). I have seen it in my place of imprisonment. A Senior gingerbeer/manager stuffs a project up completely and is given a boot upstairs to stuff another section up, while the leftovers fix the mess. So if I was a Vet or involved with the HIC, I would be worried.

I saw a young attractive female go from low end clerical to upper management in 18 months, with her knees behind her ears.....
