The points raised by Artme illustrate the problems facing teachers. They are expected to keep an eye on 'problem' children who may be suffering from home trauma. If they get it wrong they're in trouble, if they don't spot it they can be in trouble and yet all the while have to maintain a professional attitude to the kids lest they themselves be accused of something. Is it any wonder that so many have to go on stress leave?

I think that sums up the position for many on society.

Things ain't what they should or could be.

Imagine trying to be the magistrate / judge dealing with a case like this and trying to take all things into account. By no means and easy case, you'd wanna be able to 'switch off' at the end of the day.

If a dog attacks a child the dog is euthanised.
I think we should apply the same rule to humans...

Yeah I have some string views there too.

If euthanising is knocked back stick em all on an isolated island to take care of each other.
