And it looks like it was a rental car (sticker on back window). Imagine limping back to the rental agency - "I did pay extra to get rid of the insurance excess, didn't I?"

Most people content themselves with launching rental cars off speed humps...

The mythbusters were firing chooks at hardened expensive highaltitude-proof plane windows, not a porsche windscreen............

Reminds me of the time I was travelling (not that fast) and hit a galah. It took off the drivers side weather shield and hit the door pillar ar.se pointed in.
I copped the load in the right ear and the bird finished up on the rear seat.

A couple of years ago a young Bloke was killed by a swan during our annual bridge to bridge ski race, apparently neither would have known a thing.

Deja Vu imagine straight country road early morning 250+kph on a Suzuki 1100 head down bum up top of fourth about to shift into top (290+ top speed) and a farm goose half flys onto the road about 150 meters ahead, at 250 you cover 4.1 ks a minute or 70 metres a second, I really love sticky bridgestone bike tyres and geese that zag and don't zig.

Have you read this story Bruce?

If you haven't you will like it.

I've posted it here before but it's worth another trot for the bike riders....
