    Default Hello from Queanbeyan

    Hi all. My name is Chris and I live in Queanbeyan. I joined up a little while ago but this is my first post. I have been doing woodwork off and on over the years but have recently changed my workshop around a bit and started some new projects.
    At last years Woodwork show I bought a pyrography pen so have been experimenting a bit with it.

    Built this box to practice burning on.

    There are quite a few members in and around Canberra and the Southern Highlands.
    You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
    That's one good looking box you've made, well done.
    Make sure you keep showing off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [work in progress] photos with build notes.
