Hello from Darwin
My name is Winston and I live with my wife and 2 kids in Darwin. Originally from Victoria, being brought up on my parents sheep farm I have done a lot of things since then. I am a qualified electronics technician and communications cable installer (courtesy of the Aust Army), crane operator, I have done interstate transport and I like 4x4, working on anything mechanical, spray painting, carpentry, camping etc.
I am also on pradopont.com and myswag.org with the same username.
My current project is a bit of a restoration project on my camper trailer getting it ready for the big trip next year halfway around Australia

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Winston".
There are a few members on the forum from Darwin plus a good number of ex-servicemen across the country.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [work in progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork & camper repair.
Cheers crowie
