Stanley #6, carefully restored, with Hock A2 blade
This is a fettled UK-made foreplane with a Hock A2 cryo blade and Hock chip-breaker.
The sole has been lapped. The wood refinished.
The blade back has been flattened (yep, the two Hocks I've bought both needed it).
This is a cheap way of adding to your fine woodworking kit.
A Woodriver #6 is about $250. Pay your money and take your choice.
Postage within Aus will be $20. Or you can pick it up from a northern Melb suburb (10 mins from the Ring Road).Cheers, Ern
