Our 2nd brew looking like a success
We purchased an Aussie distiller a month or so ago, and today we're distilling our second wash.
After listening to some advise from fellow brewers and experts, this brew seems to be a success, 1hr into it and we have a ltr already, hoping for 9 + ltrs.
We're gonna do 5 ltrs of bourbon, some tequila, Irish whiskey and some yummy southern comfort!

Way to go! With that still you should be getting 95% proof alcohol from it.
