    Default Auctions by state?

Would it not maybe be helpful if the auctions could be viewed by state?

Not everything for sale is so heavy that freighting it across the country is a problem - agreed, some small items might be able to be posted....

I just find that after scrolling thru pages and pages of auction stuff - only 2 or 3 items were from WA, where you might be tempted to go pick something up locally.

I went looking to see if I could list auctions by state.... so I got say all the WA ones together... to see whats available... and couldn't find a way to do it (unless I missed something obvious which is entirely possible so please correct me if I am wrong).

It might not be such an issue in the east say - where someone might drive the shorter distance between states, for a much needed item or a bargain... but I can't imagine many driving across from or to WA to collect something....

Just a suggestion... feel free to ignore .

One way that I can see tht might help. Go to the bottom of the Auction page and there is a selection box there that is titled "Prefix". If you hit the dropdown arrow, you can select the state you wish to see. After that go to the very right hand side and click "Show listings". This will only give you one state, but I think that is what you are after. To change back to see all states, select the default setting "Any thread" in the prefix box, and then show listings.
    See clip below.
