Richard $200 -$300 + $100 in cash. I am fine for sandpaper approx 20-50 sheets 3M of various grades from P60 to 1000 grit.

the best trick is to save up a bit of cash here and there, sneak off to pick up your new toy (I mean tool) and then quickly stick it in the shed, chuck a bit of dust on it and then pretend you'ce had it for ages.
It's a bit hard with a new tablesaw though...
