Back button needs two pushes

Not sure if this is the best place? Since the update to the web site my iPad ( no tappatalk) needs two pushes on the back button to go back. However The auction link works like a dream since the update,

I am finding that the same thing is happening. First tap on the button scrolls back to the top of the page. Second tap takes me back.
