    Thanks Andrew.

    I spent some time running the grinder over the vertical head clamp over the last few days, then finally counterbored the mounting holes. When i had the DH on the mill i also finished the nuts off. Crikey, don't tell me she's nearly done! Not quite yet....

    While the head was out of the way i also bored a 25mm end mill holder out to 1.250" for some endmills i got from Brendan. Damn the holder was hard! The weak link in the setup was the BXA toolpost, i ended up removing the height adjustment screw and putting the toolholder right down on the table. The high frequency chatter was unbelievable before i did that....The end mill holder is an Ann Way branded one from Taiwan tools. Real nice quality, best i have seen out of Asia.
