Default Why post count is not increasing?

I am sorry to come on again so quickly but I am wondering why my count of posts does not increase as I post? It seems to be stuck on a number.

What makes you say your post count isn't increasing?

Please respond to this post and have a look at your post count. Last post count was 449.

    Cheers - Neil

Thank you for responding, Neil. Yes, the count has increased over the last couple of days but, when I wrote it had been stuck.

    Best wished, Bill.

Edited: have just noticed this and the previous post on this thread are the same number. That is how the system works, is it? Bill.

Hello Bill. Yep, your current post count will be in all of your posts, not the count at the time the posts were made.

Except of course if you open up one browser window (window A) with one of your posts in it and then add posts in another window. The post count shown in window A won't automatically change unless that window is refreshed.

Also remember there are some sections that do not count, like Woodies Jokes. Some of us clowns would have 50% more counts if they did.
