    Am I reading this correctly? I now have the capacity for 30 pms? Is this new for everyone or just because of my level of activity?

    Will be due to your level of activity.
    I believe there is a limit on the number of messages for a new member until he/she reaches a certain number of posts. It is to prevent/reduce spamming.
