G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Michael".
There are quite a few members in & around the Victoria & Southern NSW...
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers crowie
PS - Watch out for them there rabbit traps along the Murray as they can bite bad, especially if it snaps when the call of nature happens....
[sorry but a very funny story from Australia All Over with Macca on the ABC on Sunday mornings]....

Hi Michael.
I'm new too.
I would be interested in some hardwoods. Smaller offcuts with interesting grains for making knife handles. Let me know what you have.
Cheers,
Bill
