Correct Slab Height for Garage
Quick technical question. Building a timber frame/weatherboard garage on a concerete slab. Trying to determine the final height of the concrete slab. How much does the last row of weatherboards need to overlap the slab? and what is the required ground clearance between the bottom weatherboard and the adjacent concrete paving? Obviously the higher we go the more concrete is required and the more $$$ but I don't want to find out we have screwed up at the final inspection. Property in Victoria. Input appreciated.
