router stand stressing me out!!
I ended up with a RSA300 stand for a dedicated router top; it has caused me grief trying to make it happen.
Firstly I picked up a RTA top with it although parts were missing to attach the router so after purchasing parts fron the UK when they arrived I found that the existing part (a mounting plate) I had wasn't the correct piece for the router anyway and was for a finger jointer? maybe; so I ordered the correct mounting plate and now I find that I dont have any knid of router guide as the one that was with the crap I got was for the finger jointer also and doesn't work with the router! Then to add to my frustration the router/jigaw top (which has a guide) fits the stand but I can't work out how to mount the router to the stand.
I have tried to search for info and the only place I can find is the triton club ACT which has pdf files and It doesn't download anything.
Aside form another purchase for a guide for the RTA top can I get the router to mount to the RSA stand?

Mark,
The ACT Triton site is downloading fine for me. (i'm the club secretary)
But it would help if you posted some photos, because your text is not very precise about what you are trying to make happen.

Thanks for the reply Chris,
I went back to the site and downloaded the files I wanted; worked for me this time.
I found out that I didn't need to buy the stuff from the UK afterall as the mounting plate I was allready using I could use and mounted to the table with ease; when you know how.
It all works now!
