Ethics
Ethics.
After drafting a will for an elderly client, the lawyer announced a fee of $50.
The client gave the lawyer a $50 note.
After the client left, the lawyer saw that the client had in fact paid $100, as two of the client's $50 notes had stuck together.
Looking at the $50 overpayment, an ethical question arose in the lawyer's mind

Same reason never go fishing with a lawyer, - if the boat sinks and a sharks around he won't bite the lawyer out of professional courtesy, which leaves only me!
