    Default Tiger chair.

Have not made one of these in years but a recent commission has me re-visiting this style of chair that I developed during the late 80's early 90's. This one is made from Huon pine with King William (Billy) pine inlays in the backrest that are based loosely on the stripes from the Tasmanian tiger. Its a combination of 20 turned items with lots of carving. Sculptural but functional.

Did you say $20 each? I'll take eight thanks. Lovely work.

I'll have a set of six at that price
Very unusual, they would not be out of place in a fine furniture gallery.

It's amazing what a weekends work in the workshop can produce
