Default Hi From South-Africa - collector of tools

Hi my name is Chris Bossert. I have started collecting rare tools. Also enjoyed woodworking in my youth. Just haven't had time to persue it.

Just found a great Falcon Pope No113 Plane

    It's all downhill from here

Did you guys get Australian tools over there, either in WW2 or after?

and did you have locally made brands?

    Cheers,
    Paul

G'Day & Welcome "to the Great South Land" & to a top forum "Chris".
I think you'll find a few folk from the Sth Africa on the forum and the rest of the world.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist, just like Christos has already.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers from On Top DownUnder, crowie

PS - Sorry I'm not very good on the older tools but there is a whole section with a mob of blokes who do!!!
