Determining 0:00 level of property on sloping block
Hi there,
I am new to this forum and new to renovating )
I have a really basic question about heights.
I have to meet the council height restriction of 8.5m, and am drawing plans for a attic bedroom extension.
Where do I take the 0:00 level from if the property is on a gentle slope. The council say from existing, undisturbed ground...this is a bit vague to me as the property has not been disturbed.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
