Are these Japan colours readily available in Australia, and where from?

I used to get ground pigments from Haymes Paints.
Instead of Japan driers I used a little polyurethane.
    And raw linseed oil.
    Makes a good stain.

    To get a golden baltic
2 parts yellow to 1 part burnt umber
for aged baltic add 2 or 3 drops only of royal blue oil paint
