    Default Sydney to nowra regularly

Travel between Caringbah and Nowra regularly, and usually have some space in, or on,
the 4WD. Just yell if you need something picked up or delivered (up to 50Kg no problem).

Hi Gary, I can see a time in the future when you might possibly be a lifesaver for me.
I live in Nowra, and have no transport apart from an electric pushbike, ~30km range.
In fact, a few weeks ago I had to do a trip to Sydney to drop off a finished scale model project - a 2-mile walk, then 4 taxis and 6 train rides counting line changes for the round trip. It took 11 hours all up, and that was with only about 2 hours in Sydney, (Taren Point). The walking parts were to save a few $$ on taxi fares, I walked from home into Nowra to get the first taxi, then from Bomaderry to Nowra to get a taxi home.

In that particular case, I'm glad I did it personally, since it was a birthday gift for an old friend, but I really appreciate your offer and will definitely keep it in mind for the future.

    Working in Nowra?

I think Gary meant 50kg of goods, Ray, but just by coincidence, I am under 50kg.
I weighed 43kg at last count. I really am a weed of a bloke.
(Lost a bit of weight since I've been crook. Used to weigh in at a massive 51kg.)
Even carrying that parcel a few weeks ago, total weight would have been under 50kg.

Default Working in Nowra? Nahhh - just relaxin'

    G'day Hermit,

Don't know about being a life saver - my medical skills are about the same as my
woodturning. But any time I can help, just yell.

We travel to Culburra every couple of weeks to mow the lawn and escape theSydney
rat race. Then just sit and watch the grass grow !

Will PM you my contact details. If you don't get them in a day or so it will be because
I have stuffed up (again) and pushed the wrong button.

    Meanwhile, hope the health improves,
    Regards
    Gary H

It's a permanent thing, (emphysema), self-inflicted by cigs. It doesn't slow me down too much yet, but I don't exert myself much now. I think the weight loss is muscle loss, since I don't do any heavy stuff any more.
Serves me right, and you'd think I'd learn, but I still smoke.

About that 10kg, we might be able to do a deal.

I got your PM Gary, and just replied. (You pushed the right button.)

As I mentioned, quite a set of coincidences lately. You must drive right by my place on your way to Culburra Beach. You've probably even seen me sitting on the front porch sanding.
