I've been thinking about buying a block and doing owner builder for a while. I found this website when I was looking up info about how much
work I can actually do without a tradie. My plan is to add another room to our house without going over the 20k limit so I wont need an
ob licence but I'm trying to see if I can do all the work apart from electrical myself without needing a builder. next step is to buy a block
and build a house. I'd like to try making the frames myself instead of buying a kit. anyhow I'll be scanning this forum and asking lots of
questions.
