    Talking FNQ

Think this is the right place for it, a shot and Shane and any other innocent bystanders.

Reading an article in 'The Age' and reference was made to North Queensland as the land of the long white sock.

    Made my day

    No apologies to anyone offended.

Iain, does not make sense at all.
Us North Queenslanders wear thongs, eh.
Now we just have to find Bruce and buy him a pair.

The article was relating to Townville (I think) and was about Fridays and the loud shirts, more colourful the better. The reference was to businessmen who wear shorts and long socks although I find them hotter than long cotton pants. Got a couple of them shirts though.
Now back to the pool and a balmy 19 degrees, God it's hot here...

Thongs, they come from NSW, Byron Bay

Argh...Well see no wonder I didn't get it. I only wear black socks with blundstones!....

19 degrees....You must have a couple of jumpers on then! Still a humid 30+ up here!
