    I have the "Measure Twice Cut Once" printed over each machine.....
    As to the other, I've seen it only once on a big table saw BUT it had a bloodied hand with a half cut off finger dangling [in colour] so you got the message to be safe.
    The photo on the sign was similar to this one but had the other half of the finger partly attached....

    Maybe the measuring app on the mobile phone needs modifying so that it wont let the phone ring until it has measured the same thing twice
    I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.
