    Question Printing favourites list?

Can any of you gurus out there please tell me how to print a list (page name & URL) of all my bookmarked favourites. I've found the files, but when I try to print them to a file, then look at it using notepad, it's just noodlewords. Help please!

In IE6, go to the File Menu and select Import and Export ...
Select export favourites, select the starting favourite group.

This will export it to a HTML file. The file will open up in your web browser and you'll be able to print it from there.

The same (export it to a HTML file then open that file and print it) works for Firefox (at least on Linux it does).

Default Managing Favourites over multiple PCs

In case anyone is interested, I solved a problem with favourites that had been bothering me for years. I have a ridiculous number of PCs (one in the shed too), a server and a laptop. It was giving me the irrits when I'd be on a PC and it didn't have the link I was after, then I'd have to go searching. Another problem was synchronising the layout - it was the pits.

I found a tool called Foldershare (google will find it for you) that allows me to synch the favourites folder (and other directories) over the internet. This means that when I update my favourites here in Gippsland on the laptop, when I get home to Melbourne the link is already on all PCs (or synchs shortly after I start them).

It is also very handy for work files.

It doesn't help with your printing Alex, but I thought there may be some others interested in it.
