Program problem
Folks.
I downloaded Firefox and liked it. That is for one night.
The next day I tried to open Firefox and nothing happened.
It will not load.
Have I done something wrong???
A simple answer would be appreciated as I am no comp wiz just an old man trying to keep up.
Thanks

It's unlikely you've done something to make it not work if you've just installed it and used it.
Try a reinstall, if that doesn't fix it, run a virus check incase something is interfering with you opening up FF.

Occasionally Windoze doesn't shut down processes properly, which can result in a program not responding.
Did you shut down your computer/Restart?
To identify a stalled process - Open task manager - select tab for "processes" and look for firefox.exe in the list. If it is there you can right click and select close process to end it.
(Task manager can be found by right clicking on a blank spot on the start bar at the bottom of screen, typing 'taskmgr' at the command prompt, pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del and selecting Task Manager, etc)
The simpler version is to close down windoze every day
Of course I am making some assumptions here - you haven't given us much to go on? OS type, Firefox version, shutdown habits (whether you restarted the box or not), etc

Uninstall FF, get CCleaner and run a registry clean. Reinstall.
