Elliot Progress 3E geared head drill
Hello all.
I have just come into possession of an Elliot Progress 3E geared head drill. I need to make a new power feed gear and it's needs a general clean up, but otherwise very sound.
I am wondering if anyone has a copy of the operators manual and parts list that they would like to share?

I just finished child-proofing our house - but they still get inside.

Oz,
Had it been the back geared 2G Progress drill you would have been home and hosed. I had bought a copy of the manual and parts list from Tony Griffiths of Lathes.co.uk. The drill's gone but I still have the manual. Tony has a stiffly priced copy of a maunal for your drill -
MP700A/ME613E PROGRESS (ELLIOTT/Victoria) 3E, 4E and 5E Heavy-duty geared-head Drills. Operating and Maintenance Manual with Illustrated Spares. Includes copies of all the appropriate Technical Sales and Specification Catalogues. £45
If you have no luck here you could try one of the English machinist forums.
