River Redgum
G'day everyone. I'm new to this forum and I would like a bit of help. Whilst working in Victoria last year I scored a great piece of River Redgum although before I can make a benchtop out of it I would like to get it planed. Does anyone know of a Compoany in or around Adelaide that can handle a piece about 2.5m long x .850m wide

I'm no help 'cos I'm in Sydney, but you could build a frame and use it as a jig to level the slab using a router. A friend of mine did this recently on a large slab, and worked well. Lots of setting up time, but you could do it yourself at very little cost.
