I am looking for an empty shop space 6m x 4m within 15km of Melbourne CBD
must have:
- 24 hour access
- ability to make modest woodworking machine noise 24hours
- 2 x 15amp power points.
- lock up security
- toilet. If possible.
- dry, flat floor. Wood or concrete.

Discuss rental rates.

Sounds like you're a bloke without a shed; maybe there's a local Mens Shed as an interim.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
