Feels good to finish one!
While it's not one of my bigger projects, it does have a distinction we haven't seen in a while...it's done!
Second Wind Workshop: Break it Down
It's been a long and rough few months, and the day job has been pretty fast and furious, but I've started going after my project list.

I like that Pete, a nice gift idea. I have a feeling you're not the only one around here who takes a while to finish things
. What's next on the list?

I've got four more of these candle holders in the works now...two are fixed and two more breakdown versions. I just tried some spray lacquer on the two fixed holders. My first time using a canned spray lacquer so we'll see how it goes. I think I'll stick with Danish Oil on the breakdown versions.
Once these are done, I've got a few boxes that I started a while back. I tried some veneering for the first time and will use some of those parts as panels for the box lids.
