Default Yet another new guy. G'day!

I really don't do much woodworking, but am very interested in discussions on the tools. I think I'll just sit back and throw out a comment or two until I get used to this forum. -w

G'day & welcome "down under" to a top forum "wayne",
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers from "On Top Down Under", crowie

Here's another Damascus plane. It's a little guy (those are 1/4" squares). It's stuffed w/ironwood. I call it a squirrel tail block plane...note the acorn finial.

Bed angle is 11 degrees, and the iron is 25 degrees. Can't get much lower with the bed angle IMHO. -w

    Welcome to the forum.

You might not do much wood working in your shed but I see that it is wood work related. One other thing there are other section to the forum such as metal work.
