    Hi DanP,
I've always worked in Service Industry or Retail where the motto is
    "the customer's always right"

Just wondering what it's like to have a job where "the customer's always wrong"
    Regards, Bob Thomas

Whoa Bob, steady on there a minute mate!!!!!
The only time a customer is right, is when they give you the exact money for the item.

After 9 months in the secondhand business, my eyes have been opened W....I....D....E, at some of the cr^p they try on.
And of course they all think they are the first to come up with the idea....

    Al

You're just a-babe-in-the-woods at this time Al,
Takes a lot longer than 9 months to recognise ALL THE CRAP they come up with.
An' there's always the odd sod who comes up with something new.
    Welcome to the retail world
Where customers try to skin you all the time.
