Hey guys new to the forum I've been lurking a little while ever since I bought my first house at the start of this year

Planning some renovations for my first house which is an old commission house built in the 60s. When I bought the place there was a family renting the house until September 2012 so I've let them stay on for the length of the lease. Once they're out the work will begin but while they are there I want to roughly plan out what I'm going to do.

This is where my problem lies, I never got a copy of the plans for the house, my council doesn't have them ad neither does housing NSW. It's a very common design (there's heaps of the same place in my area and surrounding suburbs) surely someone has a copy of the plans or a copy of the plans for the same style of house. Would anyone know where I could find these or would I be best postin up a photo and hoping a forum member has a place similar? Any help would be appreciated
