Hi everyone,

Want to add my partner to the title of our house. Took about two months to get everything sorted with the bank, re mortgage etc.....

As a final step they have asked me to get a conveyancer to "prepare the original Stamped Transfer along with Notice of transfer form". Did the ring around and everyone seems to charge around $600 for doing this. Contacted the LPI (land property and information) and they have given me the required form and instructions, seems pretty straight forward so considering trying to do it myself.

Would appreciate any advice if anyone has diy'ed this before.
