Hi,

I have just bought this house (sorry no other pics). My question relates to the two rooms seen above the garages.

I dont expect too much in way of detailed answers... however..

The rooms visible have a small (redundant, useless) balcony in front of them. This is a common design, so Im wondering if anyone has themselves, or heard of anyone extending the rooms to replace the balcony.

If it is possible (Ive read a few threads and have got the theory that anything is possible with enough money), what would it likely cost?



As ive said this is just me thinking way ahead and wondering whether it is possible or even economical.
