    Hey Oddjob1,
as chambezio said, its a weed.

And the difference between a weed and a plant?

Nothing, a plant is just a desirable weed

    Happy New year..........Ian

My Dad used to call it Crab Grass and it grew prolifically in his yard. Strangely enough when he passed away 5 years ago and his ashes interred in the lawn cemetery near us..my mum & I still laugh at the clumps of it that grow above his plot BUT NO WHERE ELSE in the area.

    He called it CRAB GRASS.

    Look at this
