Gday All Just got an Apprenticeship
Gday,
Just joined up as I am starting an Apprenticeship in Cabinet Making on Monday.
Hope to learn and share a lot.
Gotta thank my employer for having the faith to employ a 41 year old Apprentice.
Kind of doing things in reverse as Im an Architectural Draftsman who is sick of sitting on my #### putting on the pork.
Cheers

Welcome and congratulations. Look forward to following your journey.

"If a man is after money, he's money mad; if he keeps it, he's a capitalist; if he spends it, he's a playboy; if he doesn't get it, he's a never-do-well; if he doesn't try to get it, he lacks ambition. If he gets it without working for it; he's a parasite; and if he accumulates it after a life time of hard work, people call him a fool who never got anything out of life."

Congratulations!
What sort of stuff will you be making?
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Congratulations Toots and enjoy the time will fly, I finish my furniture making apprenticeship on ANZAC Day it only seems like last week that I began.
As I am sure you know employers value a mature attitude, professional work ethic, loyalty & respect. Something I am sure you will provide. It makes life much easier for them knowing you will be at work every day on time and focussed.
All the best let us know how it goes.
