Some lever caps are intended to be used as screwdrivers and some aren't. The two brass/bronze WS lever caps are designed with the cap-iron screw in mind. The cast iron Kunz lever cap sure wasn't.

    Default Indulgence

This driver was made from and old spade bit, a piece of scrap Oak and brass from a scrap plumbing fitting. Unnecessary, but never the less, something I enjoyed doing for zero cost, other than my time.

Lee Valley/Veritas used to sell a key ring screwdriver and may still do so

Its like a big washer with a taper so that you turn it in the slot till it is a good fit

So cheap that they will only sell them in multipacks and they fit the slot well

You can put them on a loop of string and have them wherever you need them
