Wheelin's problem

Wheelin-around (Ray) took a book home from his local
library a week ago.

He took it back yesterday claiming it was too boring and
had far too many people named in it for him to remember.

As he left, one librarian said to the other, "There's the
bloke who pinched our phone book last week".
