    Default Thanks Woodworking Forums

Many thanks for sending me two messages yesterday for
my birthday ... it was a nice start to the day.

This particular section of the forum does not seem to be
getting used much .... the last post was one I made to wish
Grommet a happy birthday on 26th August.

Bugger we missed your birthday Allan would that be because we never got invites to the party or due the public holiday Monday.

Hope it was a great day Allan and you got what you wished for.

Perhaps it was because of "Daylight Saving" Ray
... thanks for the best wishes mate.

Sure you were not born in the hour we skipped... and that's why we missed it.

May be if your birthday was on the calendar some one might have noticed.
Any way all of the best.

    Thanks for your comments guys
... had a very nice day.

Hugh: It was on the screen mate - for October 3rd
there were 7 birthdays and they all appeared at the
bottom of the screen against the category "Birthdays"
    with all names mentioned.

If you only look on the calendar then they don't always
list the names but would put "7 birthdays" or however
many there are. Space probably prevents listing them
but click on it and they all show.

    Allan,
Thanks for that. I thought the days with numbers were the count of people like me who did not want their birth date made public. I still got the forum greeting.
