anybody got a man-crush?
I may be developing one and I'd like to know what the signs and symptoms are.

Here I am, sitting here, minding my own business reading man stuff and here is this question by mic-d, almost very 'un-man' like. Ahem...
Oh well, let me be the first. I sorta idolised (not man crush, okay?) Steven Fry. Wit, intelligence and superb vocabulary. The problem with this is that Mr. Fry is gay and if I admit to a man-crush my wife would double over with laughter.
Think I've blown my image now...-Scott

Steven Fry is pretty cool, but sjt your open post hasn't convinced me that I should blab
But I will say he is a woodworker and quite a traditionalist using a lot of hand tools, but is also not afraid to embrace machinery like the TS, jointer thicknesser, router etc. His skill with handtools and his eye for perfection is incredible.

mic-d and Schwartzy, sitting up a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g.
They say the bro-mance has replaced the sports car for most mid-life crises now..
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
Regards, Woodwould.

C'mon mic, spill the beans! Otherwise I'll just assume it's Julia Gillard

The initial signs are a fetish revolving around thumb screws. At this stage you are most likely only going to upset the subject concerned. As the disease evolves down the inexorable path, symptoms may include insatiable desires for extreme S & M and now you have become a menace to society in general. You may become wanted, but only occasionally by a partner: More often by the authorities... Oh!! Half a tick, did you mean a sensitive type of man-crush?
