question re shower door
Have a Norfe shower, I dont know how old, it was here when we moved in.
Anyway the center door came off and I cannot figure how it goes back on. I have the fixed partition against the left wall, the middle one which came off and the right hand one is OK ( slides all the way left and right ). Have tried all ways to fit it but no go. Have also tried extensive web search, no good
Thanks

Dear Macklin,
In the event that no-one else replies, I don't know that particular brand, but I've worked on maybe 2 or 3 other brands of the typical setup you've described, so I know the rough theory. Re-installation of the centre door will all depend on the exact nature of the various little plastic fittings that have been screwed or rivetted at the bottom corners and sides of all 3 doors. I don't suppose you can take some photos, by any chance (as in, quite a few photos...)?
Sometimes these fittings can be unscrewed to allow re-installation; other times you have to drill out some rivets. And then there's times where they've been screwed in, but from below (ie. before the doors went on in the first instance...), in which case you have to drill out the rivets holding the top main rail in place, and lift the whole rail off - complete with doors - in order to be able to interleave the doors once again...
See how you go with camera!
Best Wishes,
Batpig.

A picture is worth a thousand words.
I wonder if the little rollers on top of the centre door are either worn or it has come out of adjustment allowing it to come off.
I have re-tracked a few different doors. Some have just flexed (with some cursing) back in, some have a cover over the track that when removed allows the door to be installed and adjusted. Each make is slightly different but they can all be a bit of a **** to re-track and adjust.
