This saw is in extremely good condition, as it has been owned by a female from new, so it hasn't had to do very much work at all in its lifetime. Since moving into an apartment, there is no longer any need for the saw.

At $22.50 it is still perhaps $22.50 too much .... even if it has only been used by on old lady on the weekends.

I actually picked up a similiar GMC one last month for $20 at a garage sale and I have to say I'm quite fond of it. I figured for that price if I get 3 months out of it I'm a happy man, and it's sold me on the idea of replacing it if it goes already.
