    Default Kevin Rudd's surgery report

    I have just read the surgeon's report on Kevin Rudd's cardiac surgery.
    When they opened the chest they found six daggers, two had red hair on them.

    Surgeons also love operating on politicians. Apparently they are so easy to work on.

    They only have two moving parts - their mouth and their bum. And they are both interchangeable.
